Halle Berry Stalked

An intruder trespassed onto Halle Berry’s property three times over the last weekend before being arrested.

Richard A. Franco, 27 was arrested for suspicion of stalking and a temporary restraining order was issued for him to stay 100 yards from Berry.

According to TMZ.com, he jumped the wall of her Hollywood Hills home on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

In her police report posted by TMZ.com, Berry stated that on Saturday she was in her kitchen speaking with her manager, when she noticed the man in her back yard. Her manager promptly responded by yelling at him and he ran away. On Sunday he returned, this time she was in her salon, a renovated garage detached from the house. She decided to go back inside to get a diet Coke, as she stepped through the kitchen door she felt a presence behind her, she turned around about a foot behind her staring through the glass door was the alleged intruder. She quickly hit the deadbolt, ran upstairs and called 911.

Franco has a history of violence, theft and drug offenses.

She also added, ” This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love.”
